Red Rock was retained and is everything we look for in a modern day Charolais bull – medium framed, thick as a brick, easy fleshing with the added sire appeal.
He has bred in predictability in his pedigree combining Next Gen over a Holster daughter. Used heavily as a walking sire and AI in the spring of 2022.
Palgrove Rockerfella R825E (PP)
One of the feature bulls in our 2022 record breaking sale where he sold for $100,000.
We have used Rockerfella heavily in AI for the spring 2022 join – We love his carcase shape and softness, he’s deep ribbed; thick butted with that strength of head and fleshing that is difficult to find in a homozygous polled package.
Palgrove Platinum P931E (P) R/F
We considered Platinum the ‘complete package’ when he sold in 2021 for $48,000. He’s medium framed, thick butted with that natural balance and constitution you expect in a top breeding bull.

We love the carcase shape and softness in this Landmark son.
With 83 progeny recorded from AI in his first season, he now ranks in the top 1% of the breed for Gestation Length and all calving ease EBV’s in the top 10%.
It’s difficult to find these all rounder bulls that provide superior carcase traits (EMA top 1%), with Calving Ease and Fat cover. His easy maintenance is confirmed with moderate Mature cow weight.

Possibly the most influential sire in the Palgrove program.

Landmark progeny sold at auction have grossed more then $600,000 with sons topping at $60,000
and yearling heifers to $24,000.
Elders Houlio 4H (PP)
Palgrove owns the exclusive Australian rights to Houlio. His first progeny hit the ground in spring 2022 and are showing real promise.
He’s proven to be a moderate Birth Weight option that will still maintain the stoutness in his progeny. His dam is a consistent producing donor female in the Elders program with a picture perfect udder.

We are really impressed with Nullabor’s ability to combine carcase and softness in his progeny.
Silverstream Oatley O10 (PP)
Picture taken at 14 months. His sons sold in our record breaking sale in 2022, with 12 sons topping at $115,000 and averaging $39,583.
After viewing Oatley, analysing his pedigree and inspecting his dam, we knew he was a must have for our program.
A moderate Birth Weight bull that sits in the top 1% of the breed for 200 and 400 Day Weight as well as the Domestic Index.

Rising Star is out of one of the best cows to walk Palgrove, Clara D211, she has grossed over $220,000 in progeny sales. Rising Star sold as a yearling for $45,000 in 2021.

Impressive Business Line son that was retained for his extra length, bone and capacity – He was always a stand out in his group.
He is stamped with the presences and extension we expect in the Business Line progeny.

Quantum is the ideal ‘Beef Bull’ – Medium framed, sleek skinned, big scrotal, weighs like lead with a great sires head, which is renowned on the Guardian progeny.
He was the high selling Ultrablack bull in our 2021 sale at $35,000. On the day of sale he was 25 months weighed 912kg, fat of 12/9mm, 44cm scrotal, IMF of 5.8% and a huge EMA of 150 square centimetres.
We use Quantum to moderate frame, improve sheath design and add that extra thickness.

He has been used successfully over cows and heifers (Top 1% for Gestation Length) with a number of sons used as yearlings in the 2022 joining season.

Used as a yearling, currently walking at Palgrove and used extensively in fresh and frozen AI.

Blueprint combines the stoutness, muscle and performance of his sire Beacon with the moderation and functionality of his tremendous donor female.
Inspecting the 2A female in the US confirmed our decision of adding Blueprint to the sire battery. She has been a consistent producer of quality and Palgrove has imported embryos out of her to Australia.
