Topping the Brangus and the Ultrablack section of the offering was the $85,000 Palgrove Venture Capital (P).
Selecting the bull as their only purchase were Emerald-based breeders, Brad and Briony Comiskey, Lunar stud.
Commenting on their purchase after the sale, Mr Comiskey said, “We inspected the bull prior to the sale, his sheath design and underline is impeccable, his overall length and breed characteristics are all standouts, he’s got a great sire’s head and outlook, we’ll be utilising him in both our Brangus and Ultrablack herds”.
