Business and Genetics Analyst

In this role you will:

• Deliver performance reporting that strengthens productivity, profitability and sustainability
• Lead KPI reporting, tracking strategic KPIs and benchmarking results
• Support budgeting and forecasting (incl. financial and feed budgets)
• Analyse stocking rates vs carrying capacity
• Support genetics and herd improvement initiatives for the Ultrablack program (performance evaluation, genomics and modelling support)
• Utilise dashboards and reporting systems (e.g., BlackBox, Power BI) to lift data accuracy and repeatability

What we’re looking for:

• Financial and business acumen in a commercial environment
• Understanding of cattle operations and pasture management (or strong capability to develop quickly)
• Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly and professionally
• High standards of analytical integrity, compliance and reporting accuracy
• Experience or knowledge of seedstock cattle operations, ideally with black genetics (Ultrablack, Brangus, Angus or composite breeds) would be advantageous
