David Bondfield

David’s passion for cattle breeding has been obvious since he was a small boy. Forty years on, he continues to enjoy answering the challenges that come with cattle production. He’s dedicated to the continual improvement of all aspects of production at Palgrove.

Whether it’s judging cattle or searching out the next generation of seedstock from around the world, David backs his research with practical cattleman’s judgement. His working life is devoted to beef and he is committed to producing the world’s best.

Prue Bondfield

Prue is Office and Marketing Manager and although her background is in law, she has developed a sound knowledge of the cattle business since arriving at Palgrove more than 25 years ago.

Her focus is on developing and maintaining all systems and records to ensure the smooth operation of Palgrove’s livestock and properties. This allows the ‘cattle experts’ to get on with doing what they do best.

David Smith

David is Operations Manager at Palgrove and his ability to consider and develop a ‘future position’ on every decision adds an extra dimension to our management team.

David is a livestock and pasture management specialist and he makes sure that the cattle and properties are always performing to maximum potential. He is never short of ideas for a better way of doing things and is highly valued at Palgrove for his intellect and knowledge.

Ben Noller

Ben is Manager – Business Development and Genetics at Palgrove and has been passionate about stud cattle all of his life.

Ben is responsible for managing Palgrove’s genetic development; livestock recording systems; cattle sales and R & D projects. With such an extensive herd of seedstock cattle to manage, Ben enjoys the challenge of streamlining our breeding programmes and making sure that our cattle’s performance is well designed and monitored.
